Terms of Service

Purpose

Bobby is a task management application. These terms of service govern your use of the Bobby application and website.

Access to the service

Bobby creates an anonymous account by default when you first open the app. No email or password is required. You may optionally link a Google or Apple account. The service is available on iOS and Android.

Account and data

You are responsible for the content you create in Bobby. You can request the deletion of your account and data by contacting us at bobby@leyoshe.com.

Premium subscription

Bobby Premium is purchased via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by the respective store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

Household

A household groups people who share a Premium subscription. When the household owner subscribes to Premium, all members benefit at no extra cost. The owner can invite and remove members.

Shared lists

Shared lists allow collaboration between users. Each list has roles that determine permissions:

• Owner — full control over the list, including editing, deleting, and managing members
• Admin — can create and edit tasks, and manage list members
• Member — can view and complete tasks, and be assigned to tasks

The list owner can remove members at any time. Users are responsible for the content they create in shared lists.

Acceptable use

When using Bobby, you agree not to:

• Create or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Abuse, spam, or harass other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application

Nebco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The Bobby name, logo, design, and source code are owned by Nebco. All rights reserved. You retain full ownership of the content you create within Bobby (tasks, memos, list names, nicknames).

Limitation of liability

Bobby is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nebco does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Nebco shall not be held liable for data loss resulting from user actions, device failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be communicated via the app or this website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from the use of Bobby shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
